Everything has an End - that this statement contains much truth, I just realized. I'm sitting in Karlsruhe in a four-bedroom, watch how a young American, Vietnamese tries of origin to shave before the mirror and I've just released the route for tomorrow picked out. All in all, I look back on a very relaxed stage. Apart from a high point (of the Speyer Cathedral on the Rhine) this day was relatively uneventful. The wind that gave me the last few days the simplified stage, probably weakened from the last hours a little, so the small engine was missing from the back. Today, however, no surveys were too great to overcome in the landscape, so after a few bends of the old Rhine relatively quickly followed by the diversion to Karlsruhe and I am fast in the castle garden in Karlsruhe vorfand.
Through my early arrival and the beautiful weather I could not let me take me after checking into the hostel a bit to go to the park and enjoy the spring sunshine. With the thoughts that I wish this weather would really like at the beginning of the tour in Lower Saxony, I looked back once more to the tour and I'm still flabbergasted and proud accomplished performance. It's amazing how quickly rumging the time and that I am tomorrow with the final and decisive stage go home. On the one hand, I am not happy every morning wake up in another bed in a strange city to pack my clothes in the bike bag and me to go for many hours in some cases the very inhospitable outside world, not knowing what I will be waiting for the day so difficult just to evening my clothes in any durchzuwaschen to small sink and hope that they are dried until the next day. On the other hand, I think it is this aspect incredibly exciting and I am almost sure that I will try later this year at least remain on the cycling faithful to me maybe once again go on small tours (perhaps with an overnight stay on a campsite).
to final stage - King Discipline:
contrast to the original plan, the final stage to drive to Breisach on the Rhine and then to push on the eastern route to Freiburg, I have rejected because of Karlsruhe but much too far away from the Rhine. If tomorrow's stage is not even the longest of the whole tour, that fact might not matter to me, but just for the reasons I will tomorrow east, parallel to advance to the Rhine in the further south. I think, because I want a relatively early start from London, with an arrival in the March to 18:30 / 19:00 clock.
